More on Rescue Diver

Rescue Diver is considered one of the most rewarding courses in recreational diving. It shifts focus from self-care to helping others and managing emergency situations underwater and at the surface. Topics include stress recognition, assisting panicked divers, surfacing unconscious divers, exit strategies, and emergency oxygen use. Divers also learn how to manage rescue scenarios and improve situational awareness. It’s often a prerequisite for Divemaster certification.
